• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the primary currency used for transactions on coy88.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

First-time withdrawals require KYC verification, which may add 6-24 hours to processing time. coy88 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification for large withdrawals exceeding Rp 20,000,000.

3.5 Transaction Fees: coy88 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

3.6 Anti-Money Laundering (AML): coy88 operates strict AML policies in compliance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Suspicious activity including but not limited to rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles, unusual betting patterns, or transactions inconsistent with normal gaming behavior may trigger account review, temporary suspension, or reporting to relevant authorities.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of coy88 and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and time-limited availability. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available once per User, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Not all games contribute equally to wagering: slots and crash games contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, live casino games contribute 15%, and sports bets with odds below 1.50 contribute 0%. Bets placed on multiple outcomes (hedging) do not contribute to wagering requirements.

4.3 Maximum Bet Limits: While a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum bet per spin, hand, or wager is Rp 50,000. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.4 Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms (typically 7-30 days from issuance). Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period, and any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your Account.

4.5 Bonus Cancellation: You may cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play will be removed from your Account, leaving only your original deposited funds (subject to 1x AML turnover requirement).

Gaming Rules, Fair Play, and Prohibited Activities
